硬質(zhì)合金輥環(huán)廣泛應(yīng)用于高速線材軋機(jī)的精軋機(jī)架，以及部分高速線材軋機(jī)的預(yù)精軋機(jī)架和棒材軋機(jī)的精軋機(jī)架。硬質(zhì)合金軋輥的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是硬度高、耐磨性好，單槽軋鋼量可以達(dá)到高速鋼軋輥的兩倍。

According to the  of the frame, the force and performance of the roller can be greatly changed. This ibecause the rolls used in roughing mill stand and finishing mill stand have very different forces, resulting in expected changes in roll performance.
